Upscale bakery with snacks and drinks. Coffee was exactly what I would’ve hoped for. Ham and cheese croissant was good but I wish it was warmed a bit better. Banana bread was great. Busy location but service was fast. Vegetarian options: Banana bread

Today I ordered the schnitzel sandwich and the creme brulee Kouign-amann. Both were pretty inedible.

I think I prefer the Midtown location. I had an egg (croissant) sandwich. I didn’t notice any sanitizing going on. This is POST Covid people! Makes me wonder if my table was properly cleaned. No sanitizer spray around that I noticed. I usually have to request that someone clean a table so I can sit down. They seem to have a problem with bussing tables. They could consider hiring someone just to do that, it seems to be a consistent problem. Also they don’t have the typical (paper) seat covers in the bathrooms?? What’s up with that? I thought that was a law in Nevada? Maybe not, but it was disappointing, just the same. I noticed that all the (visible) staff were young, predominantly female in-service, males were mostly in the back baking area and bussing tables. Sadly, not one grey-haired employee to be seen, on this Friday morning and ever time I’ve been there since. Hmm. ☹️ They offer coffee in a cup for dine-in customers.♥️that. The cups do tend to spill over, mugs would be nicer. They make the breakfast sandwich at Midtown, as well❣️ I like Perenn and gave Rancharrah another shot but I couldn’t give them more stars considering issues & prices.

Wonderful breads and pastries. Probably some of the best I've ever had. Service was good but a little slow because they are so busy but worth the wait.

Simply the best place to eat in south Reno. It's pricey but delicious. I love the Turkish eggs and the kale salad. It's hard to leave without grabbing a pastry for home later!

Pretty dang expensive, but super high quality everything. Not an everyday thing for a poor like me, but dang good baked goods. Makes me feel like I'm not in Reno anymore

First time experiencing this place and had the worst service. Ordered some pastries and spent $150 and a cashier McKensie had attitude with me. I asked to bag boxes separately and she rolled her eyes at my friend and I. After I confronted her attitude she never once apologized.
