Extremely moody rooftop restaurant! If you host someone in LA, Perch is the top candidate to invite them.

Good was good...too small of a space and they have given space to multiple events and kept asking to move to this corner and that corner...too tight space to host most than one event...

4pm Happy Hour Starts then at 5pm the deck opens. $9 cocktails and $4 sliders. The staff is over the top nice.
