Pequod's Pizza

Pequod's tops lists for Chicago deep dish pizza for a reason. The delicious buttery crust that's nice and firm to stand up to the cheesy and saucy goodness. The place was packed even at 10 pm on a Sunday, which is a testament to the popularity. The staff was attentive and welcoming, with expert suggestions. The long baking time for the pizza was the perfect excuse to try two of the new-to-me beers on tap. It was the ideal start for a Chicago vacation.

Good food, good service.

Great outing for family , date, and friends. Super amazing staff, and beverage selection. Pizza is flavorful, and filling. Get a slice and enjoy your life. lol

For a first timer I was disappointed, not by the food but the service. We had a blonde waiter with hair to the neck. Not only did she mistaken our order but we still had to wait an extra 30 minutes for a pizza. Why? Because she messed up our order. The thing is she could’ve handled it better but did nothing other than say sorry for getting our order wrong. No discount, no free appetizer nothing at all to compensate for the mistake and time. For someone who was looking forward to this it was not worth the terrible service. We would’ve tipped good too but because of lack of service we didn’t. ( Also to keep in mind there was 4 of us so we all know exactly what we said in our order. )

Great pizza, no problems

Had is pizza the other day, yes the wait is long but I think it was worth it great food here.

Love the sauce! Absolutely SPAZ-mazing smell upon opening my pizza box! So good! Will be back! Believe It!

Came there at 1pm told me I couldn't get a table till 10pm..... Ill take my money elsewhere
