Penn Station East Coast Subs

My favorite sandwich shop. This place is so much better than Subway. No matter what location I've gone the staff is always so friendly & nice.

Misleading menu and specials, and the portions are not worth the insane prices. The employees were also rude and acted like taking your order was an inconvenience. Never again. EDIT: I see Penn Station sent their generic response, but my partner already contacted them the same day and received the RUDEST and most condescending e-mail from a man named Jeff Kelsey. I've never seen such unprofessional correspondence from a company. They've lost my family's support because I refuse to spend money with a company who allows their reps to talk to paying customers like dogs.

It was not as cheery as usual. I suppose everyone has bad days.
