Penn Station East Coast Subs

This has become mine and my best friends new lunch spot!!!! As a vegetarian, they have THE BEST veggie sub I’ve ever had. I get the east coast style with all the veggies except green peppers. Zac is AWESOME. Great service, friendly, and the food is so fresh. I always look forward to my weekly sub from here.

Ordered food here went to pick it up and they were closed? Why let me order food if y’all are closed? Still haven’t gotten my money . Went inside to figure it out they told me they couldn’t do anything and I’d have to speak to a manager.

Sub a had was good but IMO they are a bit expensive also only 2 choices for bread.

Came here for a sandwich a couple months ago. I specifically told them no sauce because I am allergic to mustard. When I got home and took a couple bites mustard was on it! Came back the next day with the sandwich hoping to have it remade… and you know what the manager told me? He cannot remake the sandwich but will send me a free coupon for a sandwich in the mail and also gave me a cookie. Do you think I received the coupon? Hell NO. This business sucks, all he had to do was remake my sandwich and I also informed him I was allergic and had an allergic reaction, do you think he cared? This place needs to treat their customers better. Honestly, I don’t see this place staying open if they don’t create better hospitality and value towards their customers. Good LUCK, had a allergic and lost $20.

I ordered on Uber Eats. Got their cheesy bread. They just slapped some cheese in regular sandwich buns and put it to toast. Looked nothing like the picture. Very disappointed.

On 12-1-23 at 9:30pm, my friend walked in due to phones never being answered (called 15 times) and left at 10pm (closing time) so it took 30 mins to make 3 12" cheesesteak subs and 3 bags of chips. According to menu, subs are $10.49 and chips are $0.00 and his total came up as $51 or more. The 2 youngsters, Aaliyah A. and Chris C. (who is a so called manager of some kind) never answer the phones! Bad for business! They don't shower and are homeless! They are always on they phones and the list goes on! I will say the food is ok but the workers are trash! Aaliyah is involved with poly manager and his wife who also works there. The list goes on and too much to list! I'm going to stop as I can write for days! Feel free to contact me!

Definitely miss the one in Hendersonville TN, I think they closed the wrong one. This location in Madison TN is dirty, the service was horrible and took forever to make our subs even though it was not busy. We took it to go because it was so dirty inside, all tables hadn't been cleaned in a while. When we got home to eat the subs barely had anything in them, it was all bread. Very disappointing because I really like Penn Station a lot. Would not recommend this location until there's confirmation of changes around there. Maybe they should've at least transferred the people from Hendersonville to that location.

Loved my Chicken Cordon Bleu. The BLT was hot and amazing. Worth every bite.

Let's see. 1. Their Philly Steak is NOT a Philly. There's no cheese sauce and they put pizza sauce on it. 2. My sandwich was missing its toppings. 3. The cashier was so busy carrying on a conversation with someone on his personal phone that he didn't ring my order in correctly. 4. Everything is ordered a la carte, so what could've been a combo meal ended up costing $20 (sandwich, fries, drink).
