Ruben wasn't that great. Store is old and dirty.
I was at this Penn Station last weekend and the cook and what I think was the management, the older female woman was extremely rude to not only me but every other customer in there. They were argumentative with customers and my sandwich barely had any meat on it and for the price of Penn Station that was just absolutely absurd let alone combined with the customer service. They were very rude to an elderly woman that my daughter and I witnessed as we were sitting there eating. I come from a family of restaurant owners and this would not only be unacceptable in our restaurants but what I witnessed that day would be grounds for termination! I will not be returning to this restaurant ever again even though I live in Kettering I will drive to another Penn Station in another city before I return here again. I hope the right people see this review and take action.
I had a cheesesteak with fresh squeezed lemonade. Very good sandwich and great lemonade. Parking: There are a limited number of spaces shared by several businesses. However, additional parking is available next to Meijer within a short walk.
I’ve been visiting at this location for years, but for past week or two. I’ve been getting bad stomach ache for couple days from an apparent stomach bug. I believe one of the employees didn’t sanitize well enough when handling food. This illness also affected couple people I knew.
The food was great...I guess everyone was just tired, so not real friendly...but all good!
polite, patient, and helpful
They accidentally messed up the first time but made sure to redo everything I had!! They also gave me extra stuff and were super nice!
Penn Station doesn't make the best subs, but they do make good subs that will always taste the same as the last time.
