A bunch of confused looking kids working there. They can't measure out the weight on the meat, they were thin on the toppings. My sandwich LITERALLY looked like just the bun itself. I got all the way back home to find out. Even the tiny amount of meat didn't cover the bread! And the fries I ordered where half cooked. They were the slowest working crew I have ever seen at Penn station. Usually they are high energy and move fast and pile the meat and toppings on. But this penn station had no clue how to make the sandwich or even cook the fries! I won't be going back to that one. I miss the one near my old neighborhood. The cheese oozed and toppings overflowing. I had to start with a fork for the sandwiches I got there. But this place, you get a lot of bread with tiny pieces of meat that won't cover the bread.and little toppings.
Waited for like 10mins before anyone even attempt to greet me. Need better customer service
Sandwiches on point. Fries had been sitting a little too long and could've been fresher. Friendly staff. Fast service.
My fellow worker actually ate there not me.
Exelente servicio dios los bendiga
Penn Station has been a long time classic for me. While I don't often waiver in my order, on the days I do, I know there will always be a good option for me. The fries are generally light, in not very oily, and quite nice. The seating has multiple varieties that comfort exists in all. The shop is relatively small, but certainly doesn't feel cramped. You can see all food being made only feet from the counter so that you can trust the food.
Update: the fries are still barely cooked. I like this location. The people are always friendly. My only complaint is that their fries are usually on the undercooked side. I really like that they have a snack size option of their subs.
