Y'all want a good sub, this is the go to place. Food is delicious, and fresh. The cashier was super sweet, and friendly. Definitely my new go to place for a sandwich.
Good subs! The manager was super awesome. He read the menu at loud first me bc I can’t read. The young woman working was nice as well. Clean restaurant
Slow service and doesn’t care about to go orders.
First time here, was not impressed with the quality of the food and the service. Ordered three sandwiches and they all came out at different times. There were other people that came in after us and ordered and were getting their food before we got all of our sandwiches. Staff seemed very unorganized and didn’t seemed to care.
Tanner was very nice and good at his job. The food was very good. Would definitely go again.
It was my first visit to Penn Station in Franklin, TN. I purchased a grilled chicken teriyaki sub - regular size. This grilled sub cost over 11.00. It was the worst sub sandwich that I have ever had. It was so extremely saturated in very salty teriyaki sauce, along with very hard, small, chopped pieces, of extremely dry, over grilled chicken. I could not eat it after taking just two bites. The employees were all polite and helpful. None of the three employees present, all preparing food, wore any type of visible hair coverings or restraints. The service was extremely slow. The floors were sticky-dirty. I am sorry to say that I won’t be returning.
The week of October 9th-13th hands down was the most terrifying and horrible week of my life. I stumbled upon a Penn Station ECS in Williamson County, and the gentlemen behind the counter, Abrams and Cameron, were beyond kind enough to hear my troubled week. Abrams made the most delicious steak and cheese sub, with these fries that I've thought about everyday since returning to Knoxville from the Nashville area. There was another gentleman on staff, and he was extraordinarily kind and professional. Unfortunately, I didn't catch his name, but if you think he could have been a former mobster, that's the guy. Abrams and Cameron, thank you so much from the bottom of my heart for your generosity, and going above and beyond for someone that you just met. I wish you guys nothing but the absolute best for your lives moving forward. And if ever in Knoxville, there's at least one man who looks forward to repaying the hospitality you men showed me. Take care, and God Bless.
My husband and I came here on a Saturday night we were the only people ordering. I got a wrap that was wrapped like something from Taco Bell. When I opened it I noticed how greasy it was right away. When I tried picking it up it completely fell apart because of how to was wrapped and how greasy it was. I was able to ring greasy out of it. My first bite had something so hard and gritty in it I couldn’t eat anymore. My husband had something very hard in his sandwich too. We both spit it out. The floor inside was also filthy. We will not be going back.
