This is the saddest excuse for a penn station I’ve ever seen. There were three people working 1:30 on a Sunday, it was not busy. The man that took our order was disrespectful rolling his eyes cutting us off during our order and once we were done shooing us to the other end of the counter like cattle. The man asking us if we’d like drinks was the demeanor. Overall the people that worked made me never want to come here again no matter if they tried to restaff. Do yourself a favor and don’t come here.
Is it me or is all the food on Brown Street just worse than everywhere else gross
Place is a bit dirty when you walk in. Workers don’t really pay attention to what you’re saying and don’t make eye contact which was weird. Food was not good. Ordered a Turkey avocado and my sandwich was falling part and a total mess the second I opened it, tasted a bit strange, and they put the absolute thinnest smear of avocado across the top. The other veggies also did not seem to be in great condition. There are likely better options right next door.
Rudest place ive ever been., and ive been to paris and baghdad
I love Penn Station… but this place is a disaster.
The food here is okay. I usually ask for extra tomatoes and lettuce because the sandwiches are so meaty and heavy. (Personal preference) The vegetables help lighten it up for me. The atmosphere here is gloomy and not that welcoming so I always get my food to go if I eat here. The service here is a hit or miss but that’s with any Penn Station restaurant.
Girl Manager called me stupid because I didnt order quick enough. Wont be back to this location. Be better.
I don’t write reviews, I work in the food service industry, and twice in 2 weeks my order was either missing something or the wrong sub was in the bag. Mistakes happen I get it but back to back visits? Probably means this happens a lot won’t be back until staff competency is changed.
