Peking Garden is fantastic; excellent Chinese menu, good American-Chinese, good prices. Totally recommend (despite recent reciewss—Looks like someone got friends too pile in here). Be kind to the owners; they are kind and competent people, and great cooks. Recommend: egg tomato soup; zirin beef; Buddha’s hotpot; stuffed tofu. Donuts! And their fries are fantastic. Good egg rolls as well.

On 01/25/24 I ordered 2 items on their menu which were the Double Sauteed Pork with a side of White Rice & a large Won Ton Soup. ****Please note "adding vegetables" to the Pork wasn't mentioned on the menu. What I received instead was a messed up entree with a bunch of vegetables dripping all over my plastic bag! The container was not secured, thus the lid flipped over. I called immediately & tried to remedy the situation. The agent & I agreed to placing another order noting that I did not want vegetables & arranged to have it delivered on Friday, 01/26/24 @ 1 PM. The manager called me seconds later to state that I was stuck with my order & refused to issue a refund or redeliver my food They blamed me for all of this & weren't taking any responsibility. Honoring their word is foreign to them. Usually I just want to order the large soup, but it's not enough, so I have to order more than I need or want because the minimum order is $15.00. I know for certain that I will never order from them again . They have total disrespect for the customer & I'm not having it. The woman owner refused to talk to me on the phone because she's consumed with greed & bilking customers like me. They didn't provide me with their names which shows they're not transparent. One of the key skills to keeping a business is knowing when to yield for the customer & listening to what they have to say. Peking missed the mark. One dissatisfied customer is one too many. Vegetarian options: Some items are just meat & rice.

My recent encounter with this restaurant was utterly disheartening. Not only did they manage to send me the wrong order, but the lady answering the phone displayed shocking rudeness when I called to rectify the situation. The lack of accountability and respect is appalling. Needless to say, I will never consider ordering from them again.

Absolutely terrible customer support experience. In addition to the horrendous customer support, the telephone order taker not only displayed extreme rudeness but also canceled our order post-payment without any explanation. Despite assuring that the manager would contact us to address the issue, we never received a call. Upon calling back after three hours, the same order taker mechanically reiterated that the manager would call us back. When expressing our decision not to order from the establishment again, the order taker simply repeated the manager would get in touch. This lack of communication and resolution is beyond frustrating. Given the appalling customer support, unexplained order cancellation, and the unfulfilled promise of a manager callback, we want to make it clear that we will never recommend this establishment to anyone. Such a disregard for customer service is unacceptable and warrants a serious reconsideration of patronizing this establishment in the future.

Had a very unpleasant experience with this restaurant. Not only did they send the wrong order, but the lady on the phone was incredibly rude when I called to address the issue. This level of disrespect and poor service is unacceptable. I have decided never to order from them again.

My decision to never order from this restaurant again is fueled by the appalling experience with the lady on the phone. Not only did she get my order wrong and subject me to an excessive wait time, but her consistently bad attitude throughout the interaction was truly disheartening. This level of customer service is completely unacceptable.
