Establishment has went way downhill. Management should reassess with Mr. Chang soon because that was disappointing.

Thanks for the response. I ordered THAI DYNAMITE TOFU dish with extra sauce. It seems like they prepared the dish with wrong sauce as the extra sauce was the right sauce with darkish brown color, and the dish did not have any of that as it was more of a yellow color.

Food was cold the first time I got it, so I sent it back & the second time was slightly warmer. All of the employees are rude & are clearly there for a paycheck. I seriously felt like I had to watch them redo my order! I hadn’t been to a Pei Wei in a couple of years, only in San Antonio & Fort Worth, but this Austin (Round Rock) location is the WORST! I had kung pao chicken with steamed rice.

It was literally so gross. It tasted like it was dug from the depths of a mold swamp. I've never not eaten something from a restaurant. Def shoulda read the reviews. All the tables were dirty and the lights were eerie. Apparently they were closed due to failing a food inspection 2 weeks ago. My girlfriend said my lo mein tasted like BBQ sauce. I disagree but it was definitely not good.

Avoid this place unless you want to have a horrible experience and waste your money on trash service and food. I don't blame the two employees that work here but this place is one of the worst places to order food from. They're understaffed, so your food will be delayed or forgotten, my soup was soapy tasting, horrible attitude from these two staff members, dirty, just bad all around

I went twice recently. The first time was terrible. I ordered a kids orange chicken. There was 5 pieces of chicken 3 of them were the size of a dime and had zero chicken in them. 1 was pure grizzle. Of the two big pieces 1 was 3/4 grizzle. The fried rice was smothered in the sweet sauce. It was terrible. The second time I dropped in and ordered food and ran into a different place. The girl who took my order was unfriendly. When I came back 20 min later it took them about 15 min to greet me again. There were two cooks but only one guy running around with his head cut off. My food was much much better thankfully. However I do not know if I will return.

I wish I had eaten at Panda Express. The lo mein noodles tasted like spaghetti noodles with no sauce or flavor.

Very rude service with no smile on face and when speaking to her she ignores you..order drunken noodles where on menu states steam chicken but my order had breaded Chicken and noodles were very over cooked it's sad how pei wei has gone down in service and plating

Wow... do not go to this location. By far the worst take out experience I've had in a long long time. Arrived for pickup right at the provided time, food was not done but that isn't a problem. I wait around at the pickup for 5 minutes thinking someone would pop by and say they were running behind or something. No one was around to even ask. Just the person cooking. 15 minutes after the pickup time an employee drops the bag off on the counter and turns away. A little annoyed but this is the way things are sometimes with carry out. Get home to find that the order was wrong and also looked terrible. Horrible customer service and wrong order. You'd think in the 15 minutes after that they would have spared 5 seconds to check the recipt. My bad for not looking before I left.
