Sam is an awesome manager. She’s very special and she make sure she takes care of all her regular customers. I have to come all the way out here since now I live downtown Fort Lauderdale. Can’t wait to come back. Love your food. Thank you, Sam. Oh yeah, Eddie, Dominic and Mercy. were awesome as well. Always saying hello with a great attitude. They all deserve to be recognized and get a raise. Tell your operations manager Carlos. I got his name when I called corporate. Dre Vegetarian options: They can take care of all your dietary issues.

Rice crunchy and undercooked both orders, they will not let me exchange because i used door dash. Bull, a waste of 30$

Rude staff and they forgot part of my order. When I got home I called to tell them and the person on the phone laughed and said I could come pick it up. I said I was on my way and when I got there I had to wait in line for them to make it? Overall dirty restaurant and poor customer service. Would not recommend

I placed an order for pick up at this location at Pine Island, I have to say that I’m not coming back here ever again, the place is very dirty, the employees don’t know what they are doing, and they are not clean at all, playing with their phones with the same gloves they are preparing the food, on top of that, they forgot to give me half of my order.

Pei Wei has always been a staple in the Plantation community. Their food is always on point and the service is superb! Def come check them out if you haven’t been or it’s been a while since you’ve come in.

Just don't!!! I typically love Pei Wei but this particular location is not good! Online order said 15 mins. Waited at least another 15 mins after that. When I walked in to pick up order, the lady looked right at me and didn't say anything and went back to what she was doing. Couple minutes later, she hollers across the restaurant asking if I was picking up or eating in. I said picking up and she hollers back "it's not ready". Didn't ask who I was or anything. There were 3 others sitting and waiting so I'm not alone apparently. Then let's talk about the food. Tried pumpkin spice donuts. They were over cooked and dry. The "sauce" that came with it tasted like spoiled milk. Tried it and had to spit it out it was so bad. Ordered 2 dishes both without peppers. Both made with peppers. There are peppers in pretty much everything! The interior is beat up, definitely no love in this location. I won't be back!
