Amazing food and above everything amazing attention! Everyone was so special in here but the food was incredible! Love this place, 100% recommended

I went to this restaurant in Aventura and was greeted by JJ? Very patient, informative, respectful, kind, and compassionate individual. I felt important just by coming in? We were greeted with a smile from him, which was needed bc of the day we have experienced already? We just wanted to feel like someone cared about us getting the best experience from the food provided. So kind an individual ♥️ . Ty

Debo decir que poco recomiendo un restaurante, pero reconozco que este concepto es muy bueno en calidad, atención y tiempo de servicio. Felicito a todo el personal, la verdad merecen un 10/10 Recomiendo 100% venir a comer a Pei Wei Aventura, buena comida asiática.

This place is not what it used to be.

So disappointed. I ordered online and when I got there the order wasn’t ready which was fine because at least the food would be fresh. When I got home part of my order was missing. I called immediately and let them know, the girl that answered the phone tried to argue with me at first but then realized she did indeed forgot some items. She took down my information and said her manager would contact me and refund the items back to my card. It’s been two weeks now and I’m still waiting for a phone call from the manager and my money back. Guess that will never happen. Will definitely never come here again.

Can't read English? Ordered through Ubereats. Ordered brown rice-got white. Stated NO single use utensils-got it anyway.
