Peet's Coffee & Tea

Went to Peet’s for breakfast and got the Sausage/Egg Sandwich and an OJ which hit the stomach just right. The pace was perfect for one person working behind the counter.

Ran out of coffee and hot water, but didn’t tell anyone in the 30-minute line, so people kept getting to the line and walking away and no one knew why. When asked why they didn’t mention anything or put up a sign, the staff only said that there were other places that sold coffee, like the juice bar.

Prices were high, but I appreciated that the credit card machine didn’t automatically prompt for a tip.

I have an early flight and am so happy to see that Peet’s Coffee is open at 4am! The coffee is good and strong. I ordered a regular drip coffee and requested 1/2 regular and 1/2 decaf. The girl working there was happy to oblige. After she handed me my coffee, she pointed out the half and half to add to my cup. Great customer service!

These poor staff need help! Two people working as fast as they can during peak travel times doing everything they can to keep up. Awesome staff members staying cool during the stress. Shame on management for being greedy and not hiring enough staff.

Arrived at 7 pm. Airport almost empty. A 12 hr trip ahead. Me” got any hot coffee?” Peet’s “ if you want regular coffee” me “ ok” “ Peet’s “ that’s 3.40 n change” me, paying. “ awww it’s cold, can you microwave it” Peet’s shrugging, “ we can’t”. If it was me, I would have said, “ it’s probably cold by now- here, have one on us,” since you were about to dump it out anyhow.

Great staff but limited options. For being the only option on this side of the terminal they should have more food options. Just plain old bagels and we are out of cream cheese but still cost you $8. Seems like they are taking advantage of being the only choice here. I hope the airport do something and give users more and decent food options

I decided to try this place and ordered a horchata cold brew, the dude with the blue pony tail had no sense of urgency I mean wow ! I think I seen paint dry faster. Making drink by drink without a care in the world. Must have had like 10 people waiting till someone had to come help. Horrible service people here look like they hate their lives. Please hire some good staff
