Willing to travel a distance to this Peets. Staff is informed, friendly and professional. Management is gracious and without airs of diva-ness found in some other coffee venues. 5 stars. And oh yes....the coffee is always great, fair market and wonderful business model.

This place is very poorly run. Very angry employees. They are out of half and half every single time I go in. Very unfriendly staff. Extremely unorganized.
