The worst customer service ever I had the worst experience at this location. I don’t recommend this place in less your a regular that’s goes in every day. They don’t like new customers and don’t you dare go and have them fix your drink. I hope people learn to treat others equally because in the end we are all humans.

The management and staff are stellar. They made me feel welcome. Peet’s drinks are also a notch above Starbucks. I particularly enjoy their intense, rich espresso and their authentic matcha, which unlike Starbucks’ premixed powder can be ordered unsweetened.
