The shelves of the store were disorganized. They did not have any item for breakfast. So disappointing.
Cappuccino was mediocre. Staff got the order wrong but corrected it later.
Wow! I’m so shocked by the rudeness of the staff. I asked one of the staff how much for the ham sandwich. He pointed to his EarPods, instead of answering. I asked again and he pointed to a sign with font so small. The prescription for my glasses is really light but I couldn’t make out what the sign even said. I go to pay and the cashier stops to flirt with another staff who stopped by. She made me wait for nearly five minutes, while she was chatting. She never greeted me or said goodbye. She just asked me what I was having and didn’t bother to say the price or anything. I don’t tip because obviously lol she literally moved and tapped the tip box!! It was such a rude and uncomfortable experience
Poor customer service. They’re busy with their work but don’t care or listen to customers. I waited a long time and got a different coffee from what I ordered.
Got what tastes like sour milk in my drinks. No refund given.
This one is next to California Kitchen. My parents arrived at 9:20 pm. They asked for coffee. The man behind the counter asked with a very rude tone “What exactly? Americano, espresso drink”. They just wanted brewed coffee. It was not freshly brewed. They took what was available. Next they asked for a warm sandwich. They were told the toaster was not working. They said they’d be willing to eat it cold. Went to pay cash they have no change. Very rude, unfriendly staff who obviously hate their job and have zero customer service skills. Stay away.
This review's based on my experience @terminal 6! I grabbed an almond croissant (warmed up) and steamed milk (had vanilla flavour) to go before boarding my flight and it was SO good. I don't love the food available for purchase in flight, so this was such a treat for me. Would recommend!
