If you choose one place on Larchmont Blvd from the myriad of coffee houses, pick Peets. The staff is awesome, the coffee is hot and the pastries are always good. It isn't overpriced and over hyped and the lattes are always hot not lukewarm. This is a down to earth coffee shop with great service, talented baristas and delectable food. PLUS you can park below Third on Larchmont or on the side streets adjacent and walk up half a block to Peets.
