Four service people- I asked for hot water to rinse my thermus, then i asked to use the restroom to finish cleaning it. I was told only customers. How is it that I am in a coffee store asking for a rinse but I'm not a customer? 4 people standing there can’t figure that out? I left. Never to return to Peets on Shattuck. Hopefully the robots that will replace these individuals aren’t programed by any of them. SAD

Chill place nobody seem look people wrong way or any smart saying bad things so obviously they were really not startng little words on issues so very lay back

There are no outlets and the wifi is slow.

Coffee and atmosphere were great. You have to ask for the password for the restrooms at the counter. Parking: Street parking with $4/h
