Pecs Bar

This bar has always held a special place in my heart. The first bar I’ve ever been to in San Diego, and still has been one of my favorites for the last seven years. The atmosphere is still good but the customer service from the bartenders was disappointing. I only had one drink and was not ready to order my next drink when the bartender offered so when I was given water, I was ignored for over 30 minutes, trying to get attention from Jasper and the other bartender. Anytime I would make eye contact or wave for a drink the other bartender would look the other way multiple times, and it was very obvious it was intentional. Disappointed to write this because I really liked Jasper as a bartender over my years going here and he has always been my favorite bartender but I guess today wasn’t the right time for me to be in the bar. I Wish my experience was better.

Neighborhood bar

Great bar but the only let down is customer service if that bothers you at all. A very busy bar with passive aggressive service including a bit of proudness if that’s your cup of tea . The bar could achieve 5 stars but the staff and toilets let down this place for more potential. The washroom is shared with a urinal and toilet in the same room, again if that’s your cup of tea then this might be a place for you to hog. Being a visitor to San Diego this bar seems very well established with locals so it very difficult to mingle with the locals. The drink's from the taps don’t taste too good more likely that there is a maintenance issue with pipe cleaning. The soft drinks tastes unusual including the beer. I was offered an alternative to red bull and that tasted off. I went to order a third drink Big Wave and that also did not taste the same as the one I had at the Pizza Shop in the main gay village. First time going here and it was fun. Decent music, cheap and STRONG drinks! Overall good vibe.

Ordered a grey goose soda and it came with just grey goose. I don’t know how I got home but five stars for that babe.

Lugar para todo tipo de personas, sin complejos. Si buscas glamour no lo vas a encontrar pero sí gente muy amable. Me sentí muy a gusto.

If you have never stopped by and enjoyed a Stupid 6 but Dru you are missing out.
