A mother / daughter team make these delicious soups and fresh breads. All soups are homemade so are the breads and baked goods. Everything is super fresh and organic. Everyday has different specials. The chowder I had was amazing and it came with delicious hot bread.

I’ve been coming here for years. They always have a veg soup option and the cornbread is SO good. It makes for a hearty and affordable lunch option and it tastes like something my mom would make. Love this mother daughter duo they are so sweet.

Within the Essex Street Market on the ground floor lies this nice soup & bread stand. There are a considerable amount of gluten free & vegan options here.

They finally have vegan corn bread!! They already have the BEST SOUPS ON THE PLANET. There are always 2 delicious vegan options. Made fresh daily by 2 amazing women. Never disappoints! And love their compostable to-go ware. This place is a must visit

I am a big fan of being in the moment and not being all up in my phone when it comes to enjoying things/experiences. However, I do appreciate these modern times we live in simply because it helps me find places like this one. The experience here has been great! The customer service and the soup sampling are on point as well. I've been in the Essex Market a handful of times and never saw this place. I'm super glad Google showed me them now though. I should also mention they have animal free aka vegan options. That's right up my alley! Not sure if they ever have more than two options but that's cool enough for me. The first visit I got a large CURRIED BUTTERNUT SQUASH with pumpkin seeds to top . The second time around I got TWO soups. The first was ORGANIC CARROT GINGER and the other TOMATO BASIL SOUP w ROASTED MUSHROOM . Both times I got that vegan CORNBREAD other reviewers have mentioned . Glad I found them. I'm also glad they aren't so close to where I work because I'd be in there everyday for lunch ‍♀️ . Go support them!
