“Oh man so many pickles” Donivan, age 12. “Oh man. So juicy. In a good way” Braedan age 14. “ ( ) “ (let it be known this may be the first the female companion was speechless… as she was devouring her burger) “Damn. This is fire!!!” Dad, aged 52 writing the review. Sooo sooo good. Everything. Two plates of fries is overkill for a family of 4, just throwing that out there. The only thing I have here? I like a thicker fry, e.g. 5 guys style. Having said that? They were amazing. And that didn’t mean to read as a complaint. Just my “preference” was missed. Oh darn. Flavor was legit enough to not care deeply.
PDX slider burgers are so damn good that they'll make you want to throw your cholesterol and any diet you may have been considering straight out the window. You can satisfy any human need or want by driving yourself directly to PDX sliders and then ordering literally anything on the menu. These burgers will satisfy every single human need ever known or unknown to man.
Don’t expect them to answer their phone.
I love PDX Sliders, one of the best burgers in Portland. It's located in the heart of Westmoreland in a converted house, with plenty of indoor and covered outdoor seating. It's the first spot that I take my out of town visitors/family cause I know they won't forget how incredibly good everything is.
I’m not sure when a la carte burgers became almost 15 bucks, but it has. This local, quaint joint is no different. But. Their toppings are unique, indulgent, and can be made into a salad for those looking for a less carb heavy option. Kid menu is small, but the heartiest option for the biggest bang. The toasted buns are actually blackened, but the attentive service will take care of your charred carbs if it’s not your thing. It’s a bus your own table, order at the counter spot, but with a 10% service fee on all orders, plus the forced tipping on checkout- again, for DIY dining. Overall, the kid friendly spot is the highlight, the food is fine.
It’s a nice hometown feel burger joint with some delicious vegetarian and gluten free options. Vegetarian options: The two veggie burger options are great and I love the fries
Food came quick and tasted great, but $15 for a burger with no fries, and having to bus the table ourselves, no thanks. Also, the guy manning the register seemed like he did not want to be there, and looked at us deadpan as we left.
Great place to get an awesome burger! Kid-friendliness: Our kids loved their burgers too!
