Open late, good, cheap food, friendly staff, fast service. It's quite spicy if you get "the works" without butter or sour cream. Dietary restrictions: Modifiable to most dietary needs

Pel'meni are wonderful. If you're getting a full order, you'll want to get an extra sour cream. I prefer the potato pel'meni to the beef, personally. Vegetarian options: The potato pel'meni are vegetarian.
