I've been wanting to come here for the longest but always hesitated. Today I decided to pray on it and try it out. Absolutely TOP TIER! Reminds me of being back home in Oregon at the Thai spots. Very authentic, flavorful and the portions are definitely what you pay for. I ordered the combo pad thai w/shrimp that came out to 23.00 which was well worth it. And for a free starter they brought out this chicken and rice soup that was so delicious. That spot I will be returning to and trying new things :) It was also super clean and the service was out of this world!
Great Thai food! I had the coconut soup (Tom Kha?) with lamb and it was excellent. The flavors of the Pad Thai were also wonderful. I can't remember what the other person in our party had, but I know he liked it. We ordered some rolls (they were fried) for an appetizer, and they were not my favorite, but the entrees were very good. There's nothing fancy about the atmosphere, but the food is authentic with great flavors.
The water smells like sewage and the restaurant smells like mold or mildew. Food was tasteless too
We used to eat here all the time and the past three times we have ordered our pad Thai We have been extremely let down. Not sure if they got a new cook or are under new ownership but the past three times we got pad Thai it's been dry and flavorless. So sad as we absolutely loved this place. I do have to say they're thai egg rolls and wontons still are amazing.
The staff was super friendly and service was insanely quick. Everything I ate was over the top good. Got a Thai Boba Tea with Pad Thai duck. Free soup with the lunch special. And the Boba tasted so good, some places make it taste like cardboard. This place nailed it!
We come to Pattaya Thai as our old favorite for authentic, fresh Thai food! Over the years, we have received consistent great service from their staff. I know you’ll be tempted to take out, but my wife and I recommend dining in! It’s so fresh and hot - especially anything fried - and the owners are so friendly. They’ll tell you stories of their favorite childhood dishes. And the interior is surprisingly cute and well cared for. Favorite dishes: 1. Start with the Pattaya Mix! It’s their little appetizer platter and will not disappoint for just $10. 2. Khaw Soy Udon is TO DIE FOR. Trust me. 3. Drunken noodles are a fan favorite but try the Lad Ne if you like wide noodles. It’s such a comforting dish! Love this place and will keep coming back!
I hate giving bad reviews but the pad thai gave me absolutely horrible food poisoning. No question about the cause. I called to let them know and they offered me a $20 credit to buy more food there. No thanks.
If you order please call the restaurant or use the preferred site HiPierce. Clicked on one of the other ordering sites and they added six dollars for beef in Pad Thai. The restaurant doesn’t charge six extra dollars for beef in pad Thai….
