New pizzaria in town, was hoping for more. Once I realized the crust is gluten free, I can forgive the crust, but the cheese was one of the least favorite I’ve had outside of a frozen pizza. Overly melty, which wasn’t appealing to me. Perhaps it’s because the cheese was placed over the top of the toppings instead of on the crust, I’m not sure. Again, might be necessary for the lack of gluten. Toppings were plentiful and fresh, but I likely won’t be back, I’m sorry. The ambiance is not inviting. Old school booths are nice, but the bright lighting and lack of decor would not make me want to sit down for a meal. Currently they close at 7:00, so I don’t foresee this being long term. But, I do wish them luck nonetheless! Nice chef and cashier. For those that can only eat gluten free, I bet they will appreciate this mostly decent pizza.
