Dont think to come here and have real italian food, (i was born and raised in Italy), the cacio e pepe i ordered was overcooked and salty, i couldnt finish it. The brussel sprouts we ordered as appetizer arrived barely warm at the table and the burrata with prosciutto we ordered was mediocre, but what i really didnt like its that they dont serve bread at the table, you have to order separately focaccia for your prosciutto, I understand that the prices are not what were few years ago, but no bread in a restaurant is unacceptable. In italy this place would open and close in a couple of months. For the price and what they offer there are definitely better places in NYC
We ordered twice one evening, and both deliveries didn’t arrive. And after the second time of the food not arriving (at this point we had waited altogether 3 hours), they didn’t even offer anything in return…
Love this little cafe in the neighborhood! Always delicious and fresh with friendly staff. It’s my kind of comfort food
Maybe it's because it's so hyped up but I find myself underwhelmed when I go to Pasta Louise. Nothing I've had is that great and the high prices are not justified by the quality. I'll give it at least a couple more tries though as I want to like it as much as everyone else seems to.
Ordered via GrubHub and the order was delayed three times. I chatted with GrubHub about an hour and 15 min after I placed the order and was informed that they had not even started preparing the order yet. I won’t try this again.
You can only get your food takeaway or delivered. The pasta was very good and the service was excellent .
Food is disgusting. Avoid the lasagna at all costs!!!!!! I didn't enjoy anything that I ordered and this place is worse than the Olive Garden. Food is NOT made fresh on the premises and is apparently shipped in and reheated at the location. Everything just tasted gross and unappetizing. I couldn't even finish it. Ordered a lasagna to go and my roommate could not even stomach it. Not sure where the great reviews are coming from, but I'd never return to this "restaurant" serving OVERPRICED reheated slop!!!
The food is so consistently good. Whether it’s take away banana bread/donuts or meatballs and focaccia, Pasta Louise is amazing
