"Disappointing Experience at Pasha Shisha Bar" My recent visit to Pasha Shisha Bar in Rusholme, Manchester, was less than satisfactory. While the blue mist shisha flavor was enjoyable and the ambiance was decent, several aspects of the experience left much to be desired. Initially, my friend and I attempted to sit on the upper level of the ground floor, only to be told by the staff that it was closed. However, we later observed new customers being seated there, leading to confusion and a sense of unfair treatment. Additionally, the seating arrangement at our table near the window was uncomfortable, with the couches awkwardly attached to the ones next to us. It was comical yet incredibly uncomfortable to feel our couch limping whenever the customers at the neighboring table moved. Furthermore, the pricing at Pasha Shisha Bar is significantly higher compared to similar establishments in the area. For a single blue mist mixed shisha, mint tea for two, and a small bottle of water, we were charged a staggering £35. This price far exceeds what one would expect to pay elsewhere for similar items by around £20! Overall, my experience at Pasha Shisha Bar was marred by inconsistent treatment, uncomfortable seating, and high prices. With numerous other options available in Rusholme offering comparable experiences at more reasonable prices, Unfortunately, NOT highly recommended!

Good for pictures, the rest service, food and atmosphere was no buono. Also, it seemed like an ED waiting room at time, I saw a woman go into labour and the security just ignored her. Don’t waste your money

One of the worse shisha I have ever had!! Front manager didn’t even ask what type of shisha just charged me platinum which was like £28 shisha was burnt after 5 mins. Even the waiter agreed this shouldn’t happen but the waiter was very nice and helped us bring another shisha second shisha was worse he agreed again and brought a third one out that was their recommendation again BAD!! 3 Waiters agreed the shisha was not nice and could only apologise would never go back! Would never come to this place for shisha again, firstly the manager at the counter was very rude, didn’t show us any menu for shisha, put through a premium shisha which was around £30. Shisha tasted burnt, even the staff thought so, got the shisha changed a few times as the staff even said it didn’t taste right. They would bring out another one which tasted worse than the one before, eventually after 15/20 mins just decided to leave. Now it makes sense why this shisha cafe has security and bouncers. Probably to stop customers throwing the shisha back at them.

My experience at this restaurant was highly disappointing. Despite booking a table in advance, we were seated near the back, close to a cold open door, and where no one else was seated. Our request to move to a warmer area with available tables was denied, due to reservations. I advised that we also had a reservation, but was told we would need to wait until a table is free that is not reserved. The wait for menus was frustrating, with only two available for a busy restaurant, taking 15 minutes to receive. While the food eventually arrived and was enjoyable, the same cannot be said for the mocktail we ordered with a shisha. The drink took an astonishing 45 minutes to arrive, despite numerous inquiries. The explanation for the delay, running out of cocktail glasses, was shared after 35 minutes, leaving me unimpressed with the customer service. By the time the drink finally arrived, we had finished the shisha. I had to compromise on my preference not to have shisha without a drink due to the extended wait. The lack of compensation for the prolonged delays left me appalled, especially considering we had travelled from Wolverhampton for this disappointing experience. The overall outcome of feeling sick after leaving significantly marred what was supposed to be an enjoyable rest of our night in Manchester. I was not impressed with the service and would caution others considering this establishment.

Über die Preise kann man sich Streiten. Shisha und Essen war Gut jedoch nichts besonderes. Einzig Negative ist, man kann nicht beim Tisch bestellen, sondern muss immer nach vorne zu der Theke hingehen.
