Parthenon Waterfront Tiki Bar

Had lunch at the bar with friends. The customer service was great. I enjoyed a burger topped with blue cheese and all the fixings. It was good. The cucumber basil lemonade was good and refreshing. I'd visit again!

With the help of some fans and a cold drink or two you will also enjoy the experience and the food offers on the menu. I had underestimated the quality and the variety of foods available. Most pool side bar’s don’t even have food. Much less the great food like this place. Be sure and have the Pina colada frozen. And the local brews. Paired with a grilled chicken salad or nacho’s and you will relax and forget about whatever was on your mind. The bar keepers are friendly and easy on the eyes. Enjoy

You have to walk through the Safety Harbour spa/hotel to get there. Great Pina coladas!

We live here having tried several times to support this place but are forced to go elsewhere since it's usually understaffed, especially on the wknds, forget about trying to get a drink if there is any sort of outdoor function which is most times. Why they don't have a devoted bar for events on the promenade is beyond me... The drinks are very inconsistent, no quality control for taste then to top it off they charge $24 for frozen pinacolada w/a floater, absurd! On many occasions, the bar staff cannot keep track of who's next, waiting more than 20mins while being overlooked many times, then finally giving up deciding to go elsewhere having to wait another 15 mins just to close out tab. Rarely is there any proactive management around to monitor the situation, even in the lobby lounge service is terrible. It is not covid related either, like this for years.

No customer service provided at all… it was a busy Saturday afternoon, with 4 bartenders on staff and none really acknowledges the customer. Recommend maybe trying at a different time…

Amazing food every time. Some of the most deliciously cooked fries I have ever had at a restaurant. Every time I am at the hotel I only eat here . Consistently great food. I usually get a basic BLT sandwich but today I tried their grouper sandwich. It was okay,would have been better if it had some kind of a sauce on the sandwich. It was very dry and all I got way ketchup for my fries. Grouper was very nicely seasoned! (Blackened) Service can be a little slow. There were times when I sat at the bar top and for 20 minutes no one even acknowledged me there or said hello. Had to get up in front of the bartender to order something.... Once that happen the server and bartender were very lovely lol.
