This is a neighborhood stable that just never misses. The vibe is cozy but fancy, definitely perfect for dinner date! Truly the best bang for your buck.
They do make them like they used to! It’s hard to find good service these days, but we felt like welcomed guests. The owner checked in on us multiple times and made sure our experience was great. The food was delicious! I got the lamb kubideh (very juicy and flavorful) and my boyfriend got the chicken medi- it was so tender! The hummus and honey cake were also delicious! Also the atmosphere was quaint but sweet with some frank sinatra setting the mood. So happy to have finally tried this neighborhood gem- easy to underestimate from the outside but very satisfying!
Amazing time, great place to be amazing people.
This place is a gem... and the owner Max is a legend. Many restaurants come and go in Lincoln Park but we've been coming here for two decades now and it never disappoints... Thank you so much Max for being our special place...
Lovely experience! The ambiance, the server, sitting under the sunroof windows, and the food!!! Omg delicious! We got two servings of the red sangria cause it was so good!!! Loved the dish I ordered, a lamb drumstick deliciously soft and with a tasty sauce!
So delicious, they accommodated our large family of 9 so quickly and all generations loved the food. We will be back.
What a lovely restaurant! Can't wait to return! My highlights: grape leaves, cabernet sauvignon, great service, and the ice cream.
Visiting downtown from the burbs. We were looking for a place to accommodate our group of six on a Saturday night. After reading the reviews, I called Pars Cove. They said they could seat us within 20 minutes. The dining experience from beginning to end was amazing! They were so welcoming and friendly. The food was outstanding. The owner takes such pride in his restaurant. We had a wonderful evening and meal. Amazing time! We will be back!
