Used to be a really good place, but the quality has gone way downhill. They have screwed up or orders 3 times in a row now and have the attitude of, "Meh, so what" Avoid.
Good pizza, good atmosphere, high prices though, I guess that's why it's good huh
When we order to-go, it's always hot and ready to go.
We had a large group for a birthday celebration. The food was excellent, and the service (Erica was awesome!) was also great.
We've ordered from this location several times since moving to Castle Rock. Our order is the same every time, and pretty basic: knickerbocker cheesy bread and a BYO pizza with ham, tomato, and fresh basil. We also use the notes to request garlic sauce for dipping (they have it, but they have no way to order it online - it's free - other than in the notes). Sadly, they've never gotten the order correct. The basil is free, and must go into their system weird because it gets missed a LOT! Garlic sauce is ALWAYS forgotten, and has only been added if we get it take-out and request it in person. Then, tonight, the pizza had pepperoni on it instead of ham and the two are very much NOT equivalent. The basil and garlic sauce issues happen at the other locations in Highland's Ranch and Southglenn, so it must have something to do with the computer system. But, having these issues constantly happen, even when you can see "fresh basil" and "garlic sauce" on the receipt clearly, it's tiresome and frustrating. When you order delivery via the website, it takes you to DoorDash (but isn't obviously DD if you're unfamiliar with their interface). I'm not sure if that has anything to do with the constant order flubs. We haven't visited in person, but it's very discouraging. (They are making today's issue correct and issuing us a refund for the pizza since it wasn't what we ordered.)
Really good pizza and service. Add cream cheese to any calzone which is amazing!
