I asked my server to surprise me, and she served me their famous chicken parmesan. It was absolutely fantastic!!! The side of alfredo that I got with it was also spectacular! Dietary restrictions: The gluten-free pizza was a huge success in our group!

Suuuuuuuuuper slow service. After order for 4 was taken, our main course took over 30 minutes to come out of the kitchen on a Wednesday night that was not busy. Our waitress disappeared and the lady that sat us was very unapologetic about the delay even though we asked her twice what was taking so long. Total fail, experience was completely ruined before the food even came out. We won't be back. Food was ok, not even close to spectacular enough to offset the total lack of service.

Wow. What a shame. I came here back in September and had lunch. It was pricey but the food and service was good. Not so much tonight. Service for us was extremely slow. We had to ask several times for refills and for our salad. While everyone around us was getting their main courses we sat and waited. Even the calamari took longer to come out than other tables. Smh. When the food finally came out it was just average. The chicken Parmesan was overly smothered with cheese but it wasn't good cheese. My partner removed most of it to the side as a gelatinous pile of mush and left half the penne Alfredo. The linguine vongole (linguine with clams) was pretty good. However after eating several forkfuls of grit, I was not impressed. Oh and who chops up their linguine noodles in 2 inch pieces? Very strange. The bread was decent, but the calamari was rather mushy. We left full but I think this is my last visit. I was really excited to get my partner to try a new place but I'm truly disappointed in my $90 meal. Update 3/14/24 I had an opportunity to speak to Mike from the restaurant. My voice was heard and I feel that every attempt has been made to take ownership for my poor experience. When a restaurant cares enough to not only respond to a review but then go the extra mile to make up for a mistake, then I feel it's my duty to give them another shot. I've changed this review from 2 stars to 4. I look forward to trying Parma again in the weeks ahead. Update 3/20/24 I went in for lunch today and I had a great experience. I ordered the shrimp scampi linguine. Thanks for being one of the few restaurants that actually remove the tails from their shrimp. Everything was delicious. I got a tiramisu to go but I left it behind. Lol. So now I'll have to go back to try dessert someday.

Very good local Italian restaurant. The daily specials are both creative and encompassing of those with meat free vegetarian diets. The atmosphere is ok, not bad not amazing. The food is very good, and obviously freshly made. Probably the best and most authentic in the area, but nothing Id tell you to drive out of your way and nake a specific trip for. The staff is delightful. Overall a very good experience. Vegetarian options: There are certainly several options, and they do offer at least one vegetarian option on the daily specials menu Parking: Not an issue Kid-friendliness: Kid friendly Wheelchair accessibility: First floor so no issues

Second time eating here. The service is always great and the bread is amazing. The lasagna isn’t the best I’ve had but the boar pasta was delicious. Great atmosphere and even when it was packed it was easy to have a conversation. A good selection of drinks as well with fair prices for the area.
