My boyfriend and I were new to the state and as we were looking for something to eat we really stumbled upon Parma Pizzaiolo and the amazing smell coming from inside of the restaurant, outside - that was all we needed. We both ordered pasta dishes and we absolutely loved what we ordered. After we finished eating we got into a conversation with Peter who was our server and he was thee sweetest man. He offered us a dessert on the house, and was just so kind to talk to and such a welcoming person overall. Such a good restaurant with a cute date-night vibe and very kind staff. Definitely recommend!

I'm quite perplexed by the connection between Parma Pizzaiolo and Pizza Inferno. Are you the same place? It feels like I've been tricked into ordering from two different establishments under different names. If it weren't for the fact that I wanted a Roasted Beet Salad to accompany my pizza, and you happened to offer it, I would be annoyed by this deception. I've tried over a hundred pizza places in San Francisco since May 2022 alone, and both Parma Pizzaiolo and Pizza Inferno can be skipped, except for the Beet Salad. Please, don't try to con me, Parma Pizzaiolo and Pizza Inferno! I can't recommend either of these places, except for the Beet Salad, which was great and exactly what I needed. However, the overall experience with both establishments has left a lot to be desired. I wish I had known about the connection between the two, as I wouldn't have tried either place due to this deception. I suggest you close down both Parma Pizzaiolo and Pizza Inferno until you find the integrity to be honest with your customers. San Francisco offers much better pizza options, and I only tried these places because I make it a point to try them all. Beyond that, both Parma Pizzaiolo and Pizza Inferno should be disowned, ostracized, and ignored, except for their Beet Salad. On a scale of One Bite Pizza style, I would give them a 6.5. However, my recommendation is a resounding "no" when it comes to acknowledging either place. Taking our community seriously means practicing honesty. As a San Francisco native, I have a deep connection to this city. I've also had the opportunity to experience pizza in New York, Italy, and even Chicago. Your deception is not only harmful to our community but to the art of pizza itself. Con artists, that's what you are! No amount of New York water or Italian ingredients can salvage the indifference and lack of integrity displayed by both Parma Pizzaiolo and Pizza Inferno. Instead of operating as separate entities, unite and strive to be better than the sum of your divided parts. All that being said, I must acknowledge that your Roasted Beet Salad is truly delicious.

The roasted brussel sprouts were disgusting. $13 for small portion of roasted brussel sprouts, and the brussel sprouts were old and expired. Ate only one and threw the rest away.
