Chips were very bland and not very good, and the sandwich was pretty average. Not a lot of sauce so it was a dry sandwich. I was disappointed with our choice to go here over the other restaurants so close.

Food was very dry and they didn’t have a lot of options for dipping sauce. With all the other options so close I would not go here.

Cuban was spectacular

Food was pretty good but service was extremely slow.  They were busy but I saw no urgency to get the orders out quickly.

For my tastes this " Smoked Rueben " hit most of the marks, especially considering how busy it was here! I read all the other reviews prior to my writing this one. My Smoked Rueben had a generous amount of smoked corned beef, a reasonable amount of melted Swiss cheese. While the sauerkraut could have been a bit more tangy the thousand islands dressing gave the sandwich its necessary balance. Personally I liked the in house potato chips, as opposed to another reviewer. Substantial and crunchy and not saturated with oil which means the fryer is able to hold it's temperature!. Parm and Pepper is located in the ever growing in popularity Stove Factory complex!  Four Solid Stars

Do you like sandwiches, burgers, pizza? Then welcome home, Hands down, the absolute BEST rueben in the world 😁, the sides ? amazing! especially the pasta😍 Have you ever had brisket in a burger?!? Well you need to!! That’s the gaucho, i recommend with provolone & bacon. Also have a Philly special ooouuweee😋 my point is there are so many delicious options to choose from! please go in for the menu though, they’ve changed it and online has a few items they don’t do anymore

Burger was burnt! Got the Gaucho thinking it actually had brisket on it, but it didn’t. Unless they screwed up and gave me the All American🤷🏼‍♂️. Anyways it was charred...

Came on a Saturday night and they were not open. Not sure what was going on but you gotta be open to make money. Hopefully they will be back at it soon.
