Parker's on Ponce

Customer service was very poor. Food was ok. However, there were a few people at my table were not happy with their proportions of food, but the waiter nor manager came to a resolution and they were VERY RUDE about not correcting it!! I’ve never seen such horrible service. Parking was tough as well. This will be a first and last for me. Note: The response to this POST supports the energy and SERVICE received. You all are busy trying to defend the behavior of your employees behavior and the experience of PAYING Consumers instead of CORRECTING your behavior of your employees when in fact what you noted about time and etc is inaccurate. The group was in fact on time but your system changed the entire date of the party. So please get your facts together when you’re responding to paying customers, instead train yourself and TEAM on BETTER CUSTOMER SERVICE!! If I could have given -negative STARS I would have. -GET a better checking system as well it shouldn’t take an hr to pay nor 30 minutes to cut a cake. If your team need training please contact me. I’ve been doing it for over 18 years. CUSTOMER SERVICE is how you keep a business going. This is exactly why businesses are closing. People like YOU sir OWNER

Amazing food, awesome cocktail, and perfect service. This is one of my favorite date spots, especially when I’m in the mood for a steak. I had my (large) rehearsal dinner here and they are amazing at serving large groups. My friends and family still rave about how perfect of a night it was. Also There is a parking garage right behind it so you never have to struggle with parking.
