My husband and I went here for our anniversary dinner, the food, service, and atmosphere were amazing.
Didn't eat, didn't sit down- made it five steps in the door. We asked if they had gluten-free menu/options and the tall host wearing a black button up told me I could go across the street to a vegetarian restaurant? (Gluten free and vegetarian are not the same) Hostess in a pretty sparkly top said she would be concerned about cross contamination- Reply- There were TWO different hosts, the one "offering" the vegetarian place, interrupted while the other lady was trying to discuss gluten free options with myself and my partner. She originally wasn't even sure if GF was offered- offering "vegetarian" isn't honestly, it's ignorance, the male host was rude and lacked any sort of helpful knowledge. The female in the sparkly top was helpful and honest, two different hosts. If someone is working front of house, perhaps a little knowledge on the menu/knowledge on what kind of diets exist, i.e vegetarian, vegan, pescatarian, celiac;... He's the reason we didn't stick around. I'm not risking my health if one of the first people I encounter is rude and lacks knowledge on dietary restrictions- she was great, him, two big thumbs dooooooown.
This is a great restaurant for business or a night out. Great food and atmosphere.
The elk was fantastic and so was the service.
