Lovely hotel and food. Unfortunately SPA was a let down needs to be updated and some staff members need more trainings. Had treatments there and when you raise a complaint they completely ignore you, very unprofessional behaviour

I stay at this hotel regularly with work, so decided to book my wife and daughter in there for two nights when they visited Crufts recently. Both were extremely happy with the room, facilities, Indus restaurant and in particular the service they received during their stay. Many thanks to Saif and his team for going the extra mile to make their trip so enjoyable. When I stay over for non work related events, Saif goes out of his way to 'look after' my wife and I. Take a bow Saif you are a star.

We were served by Marie-Ann and Manjot.They were incredibly lovely.When we had complaints and needed to switch rooms, this was done effortlessly.Room had a good view.Nice shampoo

I have stayed in this hotel a number of times and I couldn't fault it but this weekend was a complete shambles after booking into our room on Friday night we where very happy on Saturday evening when I went back to my room we where told we had to leave as tat floor is booked out for Chelsea women football team when we went down to reception the manager told me we where been moved as the room has water damage which was lies and I corrected him to let him no I spoke to a Chelsea representative and he informed me why we where moving the manager then apologized for lying said he was giving me a upgrade on my room so went to my new room and it was filthy after taking photos and showing the manager I then got a bigger room which I was happy with until I was moved again it was absolutely horrendous dragging luggage around every time and unpack this happens to 2 other of my friends tat night also it was very unprofessional by the management team Rooms: Was not impressed with been moved 3 times
