Amazing as always .. so sad that the new concessioner is choosing to close this establishment before even taking control of the property!

Stopped in off the water taxi and sat at the bar, our first time there. My wife asked where the restroom was and the bartender responded “over there, couldn’t write the sign any bigger if I tried.” Also overheard another bartender tell a patron who was ordering, “you have three seconds to decide” and then proceeded to count down. Prior to witnessing these events, we had been discussing how everyone at the bar looked like they were hating their lives, and it made sense after our experience. We live in Ft. Lauderdale and will never return. Food was good, park is beautiful, service was quick but rude.

The place is nice and was open on Christmas. Give it a 4 star due to the fact it was closed on Friday of a holiday week.

Cool place. Tropical, relaxed vibe. They say it will close on Dec 26th 2023. Why do they always have to close the coolest places? This really sucks. The City should pay more attention to the needs of its residents.

Nice relaxed place to eat in a state park. Tried the fish tacos and Floridian beer. Very pet friendly.
