Update FEB 2024 ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ 5 -Stars are going Strong ! The Dublin, CA -- Paris Baguette is your Valentines Day provider of goodies. A Shout out for Lana's (sp?) handling of my order at the register. Friendly smile and welcome... she even remembered my name. Also, the young man Barista (name ?) this morning.. he remade a drink for a customer, whose "Mocha" drink was mistakenly taken by another patron (Feb 3rd 2024) Another hello to Peter, who was managing the floor! I wished a Happy 'Belated' New Year to him and he gave me a fist pump! One, two, three, four, Five Stars ! I approve of this updated review, Jay M. - - - - - - - - - - 5 Stars ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ over a 3 year period and into the future ! Met Jenny and Peter, wonderful people! I have seen Jenny in action, as she conducted training.... Jenny, thank you for saying my outfit looked "festive" Today's visit was for a Diwali celebration and selection of the cake (see picture of a similar one). Recognition: I missed getting some names; however, I would like to recognize the following team members for their: 1. Excellent customer service 2. Attention to detail and, 3. Friendliness in handling my food/drink order Maika ensured the right cake was brought to the back for a baker to write " Happy Diwali ! " in chocolate. Kari checked on the status as I waited patiently at the end of the counter. Last week's visit, Allison (sp?) handled my food and drink order at the register and ensured the correct spelling of my name, just like BTS member, V. One, two, three, four, FIVE Stars ! Long time due to write a review for this Paris Baguette as a homie. I am someone who got used to working in Coffee shops since my grad school. I need the background coffee shop noise to focus. The most productive time to get work done. I am not a big pastry or bread person. So I am not a right person to review their sandwiches or cakes. Most of the times, I buy it for my son or wife. This review is my gratitude as a regular customer. I have always had positive experience with hard working store managers/owners and/or baristas, college kids who part time or full-time. All nice to me. It was my pleasure to be able to get acquainted with this coffee shop. Depends on the barista, I like their small latte a lot. The reason I go with small is not only price but right amount of caffeine I need. Great ambiance and crowd to make your life better. Keep up your great work, kindness and friendliness to everyone.
