Such a terrible experience ordering from this bakery. Needed to place a delivery catering order and they insisted that it could not be placed over the phone and had to be done online. Order was placed and called several times in the week leading up to the event to ensure that they had it. Even the morning of, I called them as soon as they opened to ensure they were working on my order that was meant to be delivered around 10am. I spoke with someone on the phone who assured me it was in the works. They never informed me that they would be using DoorDash to deliver my order, which I found out only that morning when a text came saying a Dasher picked up the order. The time for delivery came and went and NO FOOD. It got marked as delivered and was nowhere to be found. We walked all up and down the block to other locations to see if it was delivered to the wrong location. We called the bakery back over 30 times and they DID NOT PICK UP THE PHONE for anyone. It's been several days now and we still cannot get through to them. They haven't issued any sort of refund or apology. There was no breakfast for our event and people were so hungry. Completely unacceptable. Never giving them my business again.
Not authentic French food.
They have great baguettes. Unfortunately they don’t make enough so they frequently run out. According to the staff “we always run out early”. So make more!! Or change your name to Paris No Baguette.
When I was doing capoeira across the street and it was the highlight of my day. I love Paris Baguette no matter what all the haters say. And the person who runs this one seems very nice
I need to edit this review as the store went above and beyond to fix it and delivered the cake themselves. Luckily the cake made it barely in time! Thank you as usual, your cake is fantastic, not overly sweet (in short, earlier today, a slice of cake was delivered instead of the cake for a birthday party, multiple calls to the store didn't get picked up). Moral of the story, picking up important orders is a better approach.
Overpriced. Red bean buns never taste fresh. 1 stale bun is $5.
I second the reviews about this bakery being over-priced and the taste being just OK, nothing amazing. Will not return, unable to recommend. Looks good, tastes average.
