Pappasito's Cantina

I was very impressed with the manager Summer Johnson. She was very professional and made sure we got our food out on-time and that everything tasted good! That's why Pappasitos is our favorite restaurant!!

We visit weekly, sometimes more, even getting to know the staff - manager Hector is always amazing, helpful & checks on us. We visited 2/24 on a Saturday afternoon & our food took so long - I asked a manger (assuming new mgr) to check on our food & it continued to take another 45+min - we were in here for about 2 hours, taking a large part of our day. Hector was not here this day & I can tell the difference when sr managers are in. Hoping this was a rare occurrence. Please have your new managers train with Hector more, he should be the example of good management.

We have a wait of 1 hr and we have a pastor with us in our party and they came in with starbucks and the hostess made them throw it away. Wow!

It's the only restaurant I have ever walked out of without eating. I was seated quickly, and went ahead and put in my drink and food order right away, but after 15 minutes of nibbling at chips and salsa, I had to flag someone down to get the water I ordered. The bartender was super backed up and drink orders took almost 30 minutes. My food actually came out before my drink, but with the wrong side dish and a long hair on the plate UNDER the taco. I absolutely HATE to send food back, and I tried to tell myself it was probably a very clean hair from a very nice person who showers regularly, but there was just no getting past the mental part of being served a hair from a restaurant kitchen. They were apologetic and offered to comp the meal, which was nice. Then the re-made plate was served with the same side that I had requested to omit AND covered in lettuce, which I requested to omit (not just preference- I actually can not eat it). By that time my drink had also arrived, but I was going to be late for a meeting and still did not have a meal that I could eat, so when they took the plate back to the kitchen the second time I just had to leave. So, two plates of food and a drink went completely to waste and I skipped a meal. And the music playing was deafening, so the people at the tables around you are shouting at each other to have conversation, which creates a really chaotic and overwhelming environment. I'll survive, but dang. What a weird experience. Just go around the block to Sarita's.

My food was ok could be better but I want to thank the Manager for her good Customer service towards me I never had such a great experience til I came here from Houston I even left a good tip also .

Those were the best fajitas I have ever had! I wish I could have the recipe for the marinade. It was a great atmosphere and service was great

I was greatly surprised by this place. Food is so good and the service is great.
