Great food

Friday night, my husband and I dressed up for a date and celebrated love at Pappas Steakhouse. It was our first visit. The ambiance was superb and the service was top notch. Our server was Marcus and his recommendations on food and drinks were great as well as his service. I recommend this place for a romantic night out. You won't be disappointed. My favorite food selections were the crab cakes and lobster devilled eggs. I was very shocked at the robust and rich flavor. It's a must try.

Absolutely fantastic experience. Sets the standards for service, quality, atmosphere, etc. Food: Classic steakhouse with conservative menu. Ordered two Ribeyes medium rare and wild mushrooms side, all delicious, and executed nicely. Service: Very good. Very knowledgeable and attentive waiters. Atmosphere: It felt like “Rick’s Cafe” in the movie Casablanca, without the loud music. Classy! Overall great experience. Paid north of $150 for two people, no wine or desserts, just two steaks and sides. All steaks houses at this price point are similar in terms of food quality, hard to tell the difference. But the atmosphere and service give Papas the edge over many. If you’re celebrating anniversary or dating, or perhaps just wanna have a good time, this is the spot for you. Just make sure to reserve a table ahead of time.

From the moment we entered, the service and ambience were fantastic, and made my Dad's birthday very special. Our burrata appetizer was excellent, as were our salads and sides and his Prime sirloin. However, the pepper steak had some issues. (Edit: Improved rating due to accommodating, efficient, and understanding support after the fact) Vegetarian options: Menu appeared to have a very good range of options in this area.

A friend and myself dined at Pappas Bros yesterday for your first time as we were told they have the best steaks, eagerly anticipating a memorable steak experience. Our order included: 22oz Prime Bone-in Ribeye, Dry-aged 16oz Prime Boneless Ribeye, Dry-aged Creamed Spinach Roasted Mushrooms Jumbo Lump Crab Mac & Cheese Regrettably, the highlight of the meal – the steaks – fell short of expectations. Both the bone-in and boneless ribeyes were unexpectedly tough, lacking the tenderness typically associated with prime, dry-aged cuts. Their texture, quite surprisingly, seemed inferior to what one might find in a choice ribeye from a local supermarket. This was a letdown, especially considering their premium price. In discussing this with the manager, he suggested it might have been a bad cut. I appreciate the acknowledgment; however, at an establishment of Pappas Bros caliber, I had expected a discerning selection of only the finest cuts of steak. On a positive note, the sides were enjoyable, with the Crab Mac & Cheese standing out as exceptionally delicious. It was a delightful accompaniment to the meal. I would also like to commend our server, Bethany, for her outstanding service. Her attentiveness, kindness, and thoughtful gesture of packing extra bread for my wife, who couldn't join me, were much appreciated. In conclusion, while the sides and service were commendable, the primary reason for our visit – to enjoy a high-quality steak – was unfortunately not met. I hope this feedback helps in maintaining the high standards expected at Pappas Bros.

Best thing of whole experience was the guy who brought the bread and water. Server Christopher rude all night, ordered a steak that was all hard and rubbery. Wouldn’t mind paying the prices if the food and service was up to the standards but it was very disappointing.
