This is on why my daughter had to quit the company first she love working there until her truck got broken into on the property then her truck got stolen during the day and none of the managers seam to care all the time and dedication my daughter put to show the company that she was loyal and want to stay apart of papas bbq. U can work somewhere if it's not safe to park ur vehicles on the property and fear that some one will mug u. Now my daughter is left truckless and fears of going back to work there

This is the worst experience I've ever had at any restaurant it totally ruined the superbowl. I order the 1/2 chicken and beef sausage, bacon cheeseburger, fries, coleslaw, yams and dirty rice. 1/2 chicken raw it was still bleeding, sausage greasy, cheeseburger lukewarm no flavor, fries were raw and no season no salt most were soggy the ones were cooked, coleslaw lukewarm at best, yams stringy, dirty rice hard. I want my money back. I want 43.14 back credited to my card. This place should shut down serving undercooked raw chicken. I have pictures of the entire meal it ruin my superbowl gathering. They weren't busy enough to have rushed out bad service. It was so many employees that had hands on making the ticket for every area to drop the ball. The entire staff should be reprimanded. *****Response from update The store manager and corporate offices contacted me about this review. I am pleased to say that they resolved my issue. I received a phone call from the store manager apologizing for this inconvenience with deep sincerity. He did refund the funds back to my account. Also, corporate sent me a gift card for that amount. However, I do hope that this was a good training opportunity to check the internal temperature and quality of food being sent out. Thank you so much.

Great food for in a hurry. Pick what you want and have a seat. Bbq here is good and you won’t be disappointed for the price.

I think it's the area that I reside in to where people just don't care how they serve their customers. Pappas is not cheap in any way but I am willing to spend my hard earned money. This location is by far the worst in service. The employees are slow, bad customer service, and don't order online. Girl kept my card and I had to go in to get. Not i10 two thumbs down HORRIBLE LOCATION! WORST BURGER EVER AND I PAID 20 BUCKS WOW

ALWAYS MESS UP THE ORDER NEVER GOT BRISKET OR POTATOES

Food was great. I don't like greasy meat and the brisket this time had a lot of it, but there were a lot of parts very good. In the other side, pulled pork was perfect. The place itself is amazing. Service was 9 out of 10.

The I10 location is the worst. I’ve tried several times on Sundays to order a Game day pack. And they always tell me they are sold out, but I’ve been able to call the Pasadena branch and get them. In May we came to this location with a coworker and all of the employees were on their phones and acting like we were bothering them. Two weeks ago, my wife and I came in on a Friday night around 7:30 and we were told they were out of ribs! One day before the busy weekend and you’re out of ribs! Today my wife and I came back only because this location is closest to her office. And guess what? The location is closed due to low water pressure. From now on I’ll drive to the Pasadena location. This location needs a new Manager. I came back today and this is what I got home too. $22.00 dollars for a sandwich and fries. And this is what they give you.
