Best fried shrimp money can buy. I go out of my way to get Houston connections so I can eat here. Also great and quick service with a full menu at the bar. Ive been able to consistently get in and out in under 30 minutes without the risk of missing a connection.

Why is it great? I had crawfish etouffee. It was the right level of spicy. My mother had the pan seared trout, which came out crispy and buttery. My waitress anticipated every want. The waitstaff smile and help each other, which tells you a lot about the restaurant and how it is managed. It is not inexpensive, but it is worth the splurge.

Great airport oasis that doesn't feel like the airport. Excellent service and top-notch soul and funk music playing. Better beer list than any other place I saw in the airport. Can't speak for the food because I stopped in for a beer. Wheelchair accessibility: An elevator can take you up to the restaurant entrance.

I wish I could pack this level of hospitality with me and take it back to the northwest. Every single person from the hostess to the folks delivering dishes were top notch. And my server Nikki was exceptional!!! For years this has been my main stop at the Houston Airport on my way home and it never disappoints. I hope it always stays this way for all my future trips through here.
