Papa Murphy's | Take 'N' Bake Pizza

Great service and food but it could be a little cleaner.

Overpriced lied on advertising to get customers in door denied making large cheese bread because owner is to lazy to charge for it or add it to the menu I get an average of 10 pizza. A week guess I’ll take my business elsewhere just be warned

I ordered a gluten free pizza and a family size. After she ran my debit card the cashier said we are out of gluten free pizza. Do you want a refund. I said yes. Then she said I don't know how to do that. She called her manager and still couldn't figure it out. I said just give me the cash. I manager said no way we don't give cash. Then proceeded to say since the cashier can't put the money back on the card and we don't give cash back you are just out of luck nothing we can do for you. I had to spend 53 minutes on hold with my bank to dispute the charge otherwise I would have been out $31.50 I will never go back to them

Everything was fine EXCEPT the cashier WAS the food prep. No problem, BUT he did not, I repeat , did not remove the gloves from accepting the money then went right to preparing the pizza. DID NOT REMOVE, AND APPLY A CLEAN PAIR OF GLOVES BEFORE ADDING PIZZA ITEMS TO THE CRUST. Where were those gloves before I entered Papa Murphy’s? At least change the gloves. The least you can do with one employee.

Take and bake is always the best. They have good quality ingredients and they use enough to make a delicious pizza. Their salads are also good, and very large for the price tag!

Several years ago I had your pizza and it was very good. That location closed. I then went to this location a couple of years ago and I could never get the bottom to not be doughy. Just last week I thought I would try it again the pizza bottom was still doughy so I flipped it upside down. It didn’t make a difference.

Well, that is an official never again! Barely any sauce on the pizza, had to spruce it up myself with butter, garlic, and go grab some marinara! Breadsticks were trash. Also did not come with any marinara. I also had to spruce those up just the same for two pizzas and breadsticks at 40 something dollars, I’ll just make my own… i’m starting to see why these places are continuously disappearing! It’s literally turned into trash
