Papa Murphy's | Take 'N' Bake Pizza

Always nice people.

Went to place on order online for 2 calzones and a thin crust chicken bacon artichoke pizza totaling $31.98. Order wouldn't go though so I had to call it in. When I arrived and paid for my items I realized that I was charged $39.98. I asked the manager why I was being charged an $8 difference and he explained that prices differ for online order. I explained to him that my order wouldn't go through online and I would appreciate if he would refund the difference. He told me I could call the help line and express my concerns to them. I said so you really aren't going to do anything to make this right? He told me no! I will never return to this location!!!

These guys have the best gluten free pizza in Grass Valley. The garlic chicken bacon artichoke pizza pairs well with the mediterranean salad. It is nice to take it home to bake, eat it hot out of the oven with a side salad and a glass of wine.
