Last night I ordered a thin crust pizza from Papa John's on Fern Street in West Palm Beach, and unfortunately, it was a huge letdown. The crust was not just crispy but downright burnt, which made it tough to enjoy the rest of the pie. The ingredients didn't help the situation either; they lacked flavor and seemed to be of poor quality. Overall, the pizza was far from satisfying, which was quite disappointing from a well-known chain. Definitely not what I expected, and I won't be returning anytime soon.
I strongly advise anyone considering ordering from this establishment to think twice. My recent encounter with the store manager STEVE was nothing short of infuriating, and I feel compelled to share my experience to protect potential customers. When I reached out to the store due to an hour and a half wait for my order, the manager's behavior was beyond appalling. He began by falsely claiming that they had tried to contact me, even though my phone showed no missed calls whatsoever. To make matters worse, he insisted that my pizza had been left outside, but when I checked, it was nowhere to be found. Instead of taking immediate steps to address the situation, he callously declared that he would wait for the driver to return to sort it out. After an agonizing two-hour wait, I received a call from the manager admitting that he had no idea where the pizza was and dismissively uttered a "too bad." When I dared to express my frustration about the prolonged delay and his mishandling of the situation, he responded with an appalling display of aggression, shouting at me over the phone before abruptly hanging up. To add insult to injury, when I called back, he had the audacity to declare that he was the manager and could act with impunity. Given the utterly disgraceful conduct I experienced, I strongly discourage anyone from ordering from this establishment. Such unprofessionalism and rudeness should not be tolerated, and it is in the best interest of potential customers to seek alternatives for their dining needs.
