Papa Johns Pizza

Don't ever order from here unless you want to spend money just to be refunded. Deliveries are not on time and they don't answer the phone.

It would have been nice to enjoy my pizza tonight. Ordered at 8. They called at 9 and said their driver needed a break. It would be 15 min. It's now 10pm. They are closed. No answer. THEY TOOK MY MONEY. CLOSED. NO PIZZA. NO CALL. NO REFUND. THAT IS THEFT.

Super slow!! Guy took the order said 20 minutes and 29 minutes later we got it. 29 minutes for 1.pizza and no one else was there. My last visit there

The service is so bad when I order they tell me 15 to 20 minutes..and u end up waiting 1hr and then when u go in to get your pizza it is still not ready.....AND I HAVE SEEN THEY DO NOT WASH THERE HANDS THEY TOUCH THE MONEY AND TAKE ORDERS THEN MAKE THE PIZZA...THAT IS NASZY..and the people that work there dont know what they are doing

This papa John's is the best one in Riverside! They're quick and very friendly. We asked if they could make a special birthday request for us and they blew it out the park! Thank you team!

Arrived at the location to pick up a pizza and no one verbally acknowledged me and told me they would be right with me. I stood there for more than 5 minutes, made eye contact with a couple of employees, no one said anything; they acted like I wasn't there. Some time later a delivery driver came in and said they would be right with me. Order was supposed to be ready at 7pm, and I was told after 7 that it was now in the oven. Already annoyed at this point, but okay. Go back out to my car, wait 15 minutes or so and go back in and grab my pizza. They were busy so I wasn't going to leave a review about the lack of communication. But then I get the urge to check the pizza in the car, and it's not right. It was supposed to have 2 separate halves with different toppings, and they put it all together. We didn't go back at this point because we didn't want to wait another 20 minutes. Very disappointed at the poor service and lack of communication of the crew that I came into. The crew after I came back the second time was better and on top of it, but my pizza still wasn't right.
