Papa Johns Pizza

Delivery was super quick. Unbelievably fast! Pizza was fresh and delicious! Very pleased with everything we got.

It took about an hour to get me pizza and wings.i walked by and I know they were not busy

Let me start by saying communication goes a long way. I order pizza online and was estimated 49 minutes for delivery. No problem. Well that was at 8:02 PM, 9:30 rolls around an still no pizza and no phone call. I called the store only for the phone to hang up after ringing for a few minutes. I called back and asked the lady who answered for the status of my order. She said well delivery is taking about 40 something minutes. I said I understand but we are well over that, she repeats it again and then transfers my call. A gentleman picked up but he couldn't track my driver. He just said they are short staffed but it's coming. I told him really cause I can track him but he keeps moving all over and adding 10 minutes everytime. Again he just said sorry and they are short staffed. That is perfectly fine but communicate with the customer. As for the pizza it would have been great if it was still hot, it was luke warm and the cheese bread was cold when it arrived around 9:40

I tried ordering food online and couldn’t so I called the store. The guy answered the phone and asked pick up or delivery then told me they couldn’t take orders that I needed to cal back in an hour or 2!!! He was so rude and very unprofessional!!!

Ordered take out here.. Pizza was good & quick service.

We get a pizza from this location everytime we are in pigeon forge. They never miss. Pizza is always fresh and tasty. On the occasion we have it delivered, the drivers are always courteous. I highly recommend this location.

Good Pizza

I ordered pizza and cheese sticks and was supposed to been delivered between 921pm-931pm the driver did call but I accidentally fell asleep..I called and tried to talk to the manager and she was unfriendly and rude!!! I've always ordered from there but she says I haven't and I do have proof of it where I've ordered pizza from the pigeon forge store..I'm not a happy customer and don't know if I be back to that one or not
