Didn't fulfilled our order by missing some of the dips that we ordered. Called them and just said our money is refunded without asking for the name on the order. Then hanged up, not once, but twice. Then they called back apologizing for it
Will never order from here again. The UberEats driver (who was a different person than the picture and in a totally different car) did not drop off our drinks and refused to go back for them. Not the restaurants fault, however I am from a different country so the total price converts 30% more expensive on my payment cards. The driver told me I needed to reach out to the restaurant as they never gave him the drinks to deliver. When I called the store, I explained that I just spent over $80 on a box of pizza, some wings and two drinks but I never received the drinks, and the delivery driver was refusing to go back. They first told me they will deliver our drinks free of charge. The lady on the phone was making it VERY obvious that she was annoyed with me, taking super loud sighs every time I would speak. I APOLOGIZED TO HER, informed her that I am from a different country and to bear with me while getting the name and information of the street/hotel we are at. She took another massive sigh then just said they cannot deliver our drinks and there’s absolutely nothing they can do for me. Horrible horrible customer service, made absolutely no efforts to help me find a solution. Update: the pizza was not cooked all the way through, the cheese is not even melted.
