Getting food to deliver to my apt is apparently to hard and can’t get it right I’m sick of this location
Pizza has gotten worse and customer service has too. Ignored me standing at the door ringing the doorbell for 5-10 minutes. Then I finally get the pizza and it’s terrible. There is a Little Caesars Close that also has terrible service but the foods better at least.
I have been ordering from this Papa John's for a little more than a year. My partner has an eating problem, and we only order the small peperoni pizza cut into 4 slices. I have called so often they know my order. The time I am given to get my order is always on time. Always hot and cooked perfectly. Delivery is always perfect. There is not one person above the others, and everyone is great and friendly. Keep up the great job, and thanks for a great pizza. Parking: They have parking all the way around the building. Wheelchair accessibility: There is a ramp.
When walking in everyone just stared while talking amongst themselves until someone was sent over to help, which I assume is because no one else wanted to or were too preoccupied talking. Kept getting asked if we were being helped after already being helped. We politely said we were. The lanky mixed guy kept coming back asking “what” and “huh” seeming to think that messing around and asking that more than 4 times was funny.. Extremely annoying experience mostly when you’re not even gonna be eating the food and you’re delivering. The blonde girl helping was very sweet even though she was pushed by her peers/coworkers to come and help. Wouldn’t come back.
The pizza was delivered to our hotel ridiculously fast and tasted good as far as papa John’s pizza goes.
